The comprehensive overhaul of UKTV's digital presence (10 channel sites and various corporate sites) involved a complete refresh of the underlying digital infrastructure, IA and design.
As UKTV's UX lead I took the project through initial scoping workshops with key areas of the business and UX documentation to the final UI design.
